About Candid Coaching

About Me

I'm Elizabeth "Eli" Fitzpatrick (she/they), a Career Coach and HR Consultant with nearly a decade of people operations experience and a background in Counseling Psychology. I help individuals navigate career transitions and organizations build more human-centered workplaces.

My Approach

I believe sustainable success comes from aligning business objectives with genuine human needs. The best outcomes happen when we don't have to choose between performance and well-being—we can achieve both thoughtfully and intentionally.

My work is guided by four core values:

  • Care & Connection - Building trust and authentic relationships as the foundation for meaningful progress

  • Authenticity - Helping people and organizations embrace their unique strengths

  • Growth & Learning - Exploring challenges with curiosity and self-compassion

  • Freedom & Liberation - Identifying areas of agency to create meaningful change

My Background

Professional Experience: Nearly a decade in HR leadership, from startups to established companies. I've led culture transformation during growth and acquisitions, designed well-being programs, managed comprehensive people operations and DEIB initiatives, and currently facilitate employee relations and investigations.

Education: Currently pursuing my MA in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (graduating May 2026). I hold a triple major from Beloit College in Anthropology, Creative Writing, and Critical Identity Studies.

Specializations: Certified Career Coach with expertise in conflict resolution, leadership development, organizational culture change, and trauma-informed practices.
