About Eli

Will we be a good fit?

I work well with people who are:

  • Graduating soon or recently and trying to figure out where to start

  • A few years into their career, and wondering if they’re in the right place

  • Making a significant transition: new field, new city, new chapter

  • Trying to advocate for themselves at work, and not sure how

  • Ready to think about what they genuinely want, not just what looks good on paper

I truly enjoy this work and the people I do it with. I'm a good fit for people who want honest engagement alongside real support, someone who will think with you, in addition to cheering you on. I believe that career work can be so much deeper than a resume; it's about coming into yourself authentically. It can be fun, adventurous, and deep work.

Background

I have nearly a decade of experience in HR and People Operations across a range of organizations, from early-stage startups to established companies. I've hired, managed, onboarded, and supported people across industries, which means I understand how hiring actually works and how to help people navigate it more effectively.

I am completing a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a CCTP-II certification in complex trauma treatment. My coaching is informed by this training without crossing into therapy; I'm attentive to what gets in the way psychologically, and I know where the boundary is.

I live and work in Reno, Nevada. I offer coaching remotely to clients anywhere.
