Most people don't lack dreams. They lack clarity, confidence, or an honest outside perspective. Career coaching is a space to figure out what you actually want, identify what's getting in the way, and build a concrete plan for moving toward it.
I work with people at all stages, including people just graduating and figuring out where to start, people a few years in who feel like something isn't fitting, and people in the middle of a meaningful transition. I bring nearly a decade of HR and organizational experience, a background in counseling psychology, and a direct, warm approach to every engagement.
I work best with people who want honest engagement, not just encouragement. If you're ready to do real work, we may be a good fit.
I also offer writing coaching for people working with meaningful or difficult material.
